Personality
At first glance, Rin might not appear to be much, but underneath her simple appearance she is one of the kindest persons you will ever meet. She is down to earth and calm, she is never one to give up and is always there for her friends when they need her. Rin seems to have a small crush on Kakashi, however, she does not act upon this since she is aware that it might be a hindrance later on.

Appearance
Rin has short, dark brown hair with a slightly maroon tone to it and brown eyes. Her skin is tan and she has two, purple stripes on each side of her face. Her usual wardrobe consists of a rolled up, long sleeved black shirt, black leggings with matching standard shinobi boots, and a white medic skirt -which resembles an apron- over her leggings.

History
Not much is known about Rin, except that at some point in her life she graduated from the academy as a genin and became part of cell formed by her sensei, Konoha's own Yellow Flash: Namikaze Minato, and her teammates, Uchiha Obito (someone who she sometimes swears hits on her relentlessly), and Hatake Kakashi (the boy who she seems to have developed a crush on during her time as a genin.

Some years later, Rin had become a chunin. In the midst of war, she and her team were sent on a seemingly easy mission: destroy the bridge. However, not everything was as it seemed and Rin got taken by the enemy for interrogation during an ambush. Although she was rescued, a cave-in occurred and her teammate, Obito, died, but not before asking Rin to give his Sharingan to Kakashi as a gift. Rin did the transplant quickly and reluctantly left Obito's side to stand against the enemy.

The rest, as they say, is history.
